Hi ! Thanks @chipsncoffee for the mention ;) My dealer buttons are acrylics lammers that I engrave with a laser machine. I also use these as a base for engraved metallic inlays. If you already have this kind of acrylic discs, it's possible that engraving won't work. There is 2 types of acrylic...

Your cards are awesome. The solution to the offcentered cut might be to avoid the white border around the design. But on a design point of view, it's very very nice !

Mine too 99% of the time, because he is careful with the cut. But MPC can't and won't try to be perfect and if you complain they only say that they will be more careful next time ;)

I guess it doesn't depend on what you are printing. The machines are the same for a larger print. In printing, at the beginning of a batch, the first pages are lost to allow better alignment or color corrections. In the case of printing a few decks, they can't have a lot of theses lost pages...

It is as perfect as possible for a $20 deck. The cut after the printing is done with a margin of 1 to 2 mm. That's how much the cut can move around your design and they won't redo the job if the design is off centered by less than 2 mm... that's very usual in printing...

But over the years I've also made some heavy cardboard or felt frames, cut to the size of chips. I can also make letters cuts. I've made the design for this Empress frame but I don't have all the chips yet so it's just a preview ;) Prices depend on the material used : 1mm black cardboard...

Here is my very own Rounders frame with the chips in it. It's just a hi res photo printed on photo paper and the chips attached had with blue tak.
