Cash Game Why so many $5s?

The same way people hate to break $20 and $100 bills, people hate to make change from big chips. A player with 40 $5 chips will call $20 all day, but a guy with 8 $25's will hesitate to call.

Usps keep moving my package further away

Mine has been lost in the Miami distribution center for 19 days now. The worst USPS screw-up for me was the time my package got to the dist center 5 miles from my house in Ohio and then they sent it to Guam. Made it to Hawaii before they noticed. USPS is not my friend

Coffee Newbie, how do you guys make your coffee?

It is counter intuitive but darker roasts are less bitter, and stronger coffee tastes better than weak coffee.

New member from North Carolina starting up a game from scratch...

Craigslist is your friend for tables and chairs. The most important thing is to get a good group of people and establish a game. Once you have that, you can keep adding and upgrading your setup. Good cards are the first thing to get, then comfy chairs, then a good table, then good chips.

    Guns you own

Internally they are all very similar. In general, the 75 is the original design (Full size steel frame) the SP01 is a slightly updated version (full length dust cover with rail, slightly different grip) and the P01 is an aluminum framed compact that is essentially a smaller SP01.

    Home Game Convenience Items

Extra towels in the bathroom, or better yet a stack of disposable ones. On the plus side, at least (most of) the guys I play with wash their hands, but by the end of the night the lone, sad, bathroom towel is a disgusting sodden mess.

    Custom felt (feedback/ideas) welcomed!

I meant lighter Grey as the background. I'll defer to others on how things come out when printed, but I'd always lean towards maximizing contrast.

What "mediums of exchange" do you take at your home game?

I miss the days when Vegas let you use cash at the poker table. Nothing is more fun than stacking your chips on top of a pile of $100 bills
