I could only get to the 4th or 5th candy bar post before it was too much... I think that all of us can be sad that we're not going to see some truly epic pr0n of this one-of-a-kind set.

Honestly, I'd expect the machine time to bring the cost up to CPC / Paulson levels, and the tactile experience of any printed objects I've been around has always been pretty poor. Those are the big downsides I see.

I'd split off a polyinno button, if anybody is interested. DM me, and assume you'd have to reship first class, unless BG is super generous.

Here's a recreation of the drawing for the tape hinges used in the table. @BGinGA might have been the original designer of the post on CT, but memory fails me. As pictured above you can't wrap the cloth around the bottom of the hinges, since it can't stretch to allow folding.

Just curious, is the 60mm POLYINNO button a hybrid with a label like the chips? While the POLYCHROM is a traditional ceramic? If so, I didn't know that was a thing. I'd pick one up if somebody does sample redistribution. Great design as well, @p5woody!

Can you post a picture? Most aluminum cases have the felt covered dividers built in. With some glue, felt and wood strips, you could probably put something together that would work.

It's been good, but hasn't seen a ton of use. One of the best things to do for stiffness would be to add rails. You could also move up to 3/8" ply, but the portability might suffer. The problem you'll run into before cracking is lifting the center of the table by leaning on an edge. At some...

Some actual glass and mirror adhesive might be more secure. Silicone isn't the strongest stuff. Sure, but it's apples to apples. Since the whole thing isn't going to be light, an extra 14 lbs shouldn't make a big difference. You're team lifting this bad boy no matter what.

26 lbs of glass vs 12 lbs for the acrylic. You won't notice the weight moving it with 2 people, I expect, if it's permanently installed in the topper.

Looks fun! I'd second a tempered glass top. Should be able to find a glass and mirror shop to custom cut something. The stiffness and scratch resistance will be worlds better. You see glass top coffee tables and shelves all the time for similar reasons.

I started a spreadsheet with just the chips I own (almost all from Jim's sales) but I had too hard a time finding reliable info. Would be a great resource, IMO.

I think I'm confused on the sweetum's chips. Are they included in the cash and tourney samples already? They don't appear in either OP, and they have their own column in the spreadsheet. I can't even find the mockup to remember what the denoms are.
