    What constitutes clay chips?

Still seems a strange texture. Notice the break in my pic shows pretty smooth clay.

    What constitutes clay chips?

Not to hand, I'll try and remember tomorrow. I did post some pics before though, all solid colors right through. Here is a broken DG green solid that's been sat in my drawer for years though.

    It certainly looks strange IMO.

    What constitutes clay chips?

Interesting. Break one of ours and it will be the same color right through. Can you break it again (lol) right through the edge spots. I'm curious how it looks inside at that point.

    Machinery issue affecting some orders

That was 10 years ago. No idea what the lathe was other than very expensive looking and computer controlled. The machine shop that helped us doesn't exist now.

    Upcoming molds.........

There has only been one FDL order in the last 8 months. Can't justify the cost of switching molds until I get at least one more.

    What constitutes clay chips?

I'm afraid not. Partly because in our case that is proprietory information, and partly because I can't say 100% on the other manufacturers except that Paulson's process is not dissimilar to ours - just needs less heat as it's got a lot of plastic. No clue what the chinese do.

Next best thing to a factory tour???

Actually I was thinking we could probably organise that elsewhere on one of the days. I need at least half a dozen attendees for it to be worthwhile me setting this all up.

Next best thing to a factory tour???

As some of you may know I run a chip show in Las Vegas, first Friday & Saturday of February every year. The show takes place at Gold Coast Casino, Las Vegas 2nd & 3rd Feb 2024 Well, I had an idea. I’d like to offer some free tables for PCFer’s (and anyone else) to come and meet each other, and...
