I built a fine table years ago. I decided to use the casino type "slide under rail" cup holders. I kept 10 of them to cover all positions at the table and if someone had a drink, I issued them a cup holder. The player could move it to wherever it felt most comfortable for them. It worked...

The color matched denoms lend to the Art Deco kind of feel I get from this design. Actually, maybe color match the "atomic" stars and take a look and see if it's too much. Or color contrast the stars? Perhaps use the darkest color (other than black) for the stars?

Notice how when you look at the enlarged inlay, everything seems to make sense. But post a set mock-up with inlays (not enlarged) and you'll see how truly small some elements can be. I think the latest iteration is better, although the smaller "atomic" stars are almost non-existent.
