Got my case as well... The 20". My Sam's had probably 10 of the 20" and 7-8 of the 44" rolling case. I fit 1000 chips as well and two decks of cards. Edit: it is heavy though, but seems nice quality!

That's my final answer! Afraid I'll want more if I go with 200... But I probably only need 200 for the smallest chip value. I'm torn so I figure I better go with more than less!
