I'm tempted to buy 4 of these for storage instead of racks and put them in a drawer near the poker table. Thoughts?

The reds are a little shorter. That’s why they fit in that black tray I posted earlier.

Short wouldn't bother me nearly as much as round/wide. When chips are stacked and one clearly is overhanging the rest on the sides of the barrel it bothers me

Sounds about right. I got 600 + a couple 43mm racks and shipping was 16 iirc.

The true test is when they have labels affixed. If they still have no play then I'll be impressed.

Even so... a little play is fine unless you intend your stacks to be 100+ tall.

I can't justify $10 each for those honeycomb racks... I found them on Aliexpress at $7 each, that's a little easier to swallow but still a bit much.

I also have some cheap $1 racks which are too big for regular chips. Will see how those do.
