First attempt at pizza on my Primo XL. Inspired by the new book from Marc Vetri. Excellent book. I used Wegmans dough for the test but will try some of Vetri’s recipes

I tried making three cheese ravioli with a basil tomato marinara yesterday. Turned out pretty good.

Fried food is almost more science than typical cooking. Then there's the flavor... it's gotta be in the breading.
Last night we had chicken thighs sliced into strips. Battered with flour, 40000 scoville cayenne pepper, garlic powder, pepper, and salt using the cornstarch-egg-batter method. Placed on a bed of noodles with peas, drizzled with a peanut sauce and topped with toasted sesame seeds.
Definitely worth the mess.
