I'm noticing it's nearly impossible to find all available milano colors for blank chips that I could label myself. Apache only offers 6 of the 12 possible colors in the Milano set line.

I'm wondering if anyone knows how or where I can find the other colors available in just blanks. Or if I'm just doomed to a label removal project if I want a color not available in a blank?

Removing the Milano labels is very easy to do FWIW.
Just tested this on my sample set of Milanos and you're right. Super easy. Now if gearlabels would just get their site back up and functioning I could get some custom labels made. :D

This year I did 200 of the orange T10000 Milano's. After using my finger nail for the first few I used the hobby knife that I use to place the new labels. I turned them into T1K’s. Way easy.

What label style did you order from Gear. I intend to make a tournament set out of the Milano blanks and I really your labels.

I did not order from @Gear but he did give me some great advice. I have a local guy the does all kinds of raps and stickers for dirt bikes and side by sides on a national level and we already had the design from my side by sid he did a few years back. I did go the extra mile with the mat laminate.

The wrap and labels look great. I may have to check around locally as well. What info did you give the local guy to get such nice labels?

@Gear gave me the spec and me and my local guy already had made 4 inch stickers with that design. I just added the number sto it. My advice is if you have not already setup a design with a local guy go with @Gear. I did not save any money or time going with my guy. I just already had the working relationship with him. I have messaged back and forth with Gear and I can tell you I would use him in a heartbeat.

Thanks, I have my design like I want so I just need to get it to @Gear!
