Best Poker Playing Cards (1 Viewer)

I did not know this, I guess I won’t be purchasing any cards from them. I hate when companies pull stunts like that and let their customer service slide. Thanks for the info!
So much of it is personal preference. I personally love my KEM's and Copags, other on here don't agree with me. Just like chips, you like what you like.

This is definitely true, personal preference trumps all.

Fournier have a very nice feel to them but they quickly fade just like Modiano. We were replacing decks every three months with them.

Double Eagle, how often do y'all play? How much use do the Fournier's get during that 3 months?

I've started tracking down to the minute how much decks are used in our tournaments. We switched to Fourniers last summer. Before that we were using Copags. I found Copags start wearing out -- mostly fading -- somewhere between 14 and 20 hours of play, though those were estimates. I was disappointed in that.

If you play weekly for 4 hours with the same deck(s), 3 months of use to me would be amazing because that's about 52 hours.

We used them four to five hours per week, plus a nine hour tourney about every 3 months. Both the Fournier's and Modiano PA's would have significant fading in about three months.

I bought about 20 Kem WSOP 2008 setups when they were widely available and they are the best cards we have ever used with ZERO fading after over two years of weekly play. However, the warping issue is a problem sometimes. Wish I could figure out how to unwarp them. Tried a few things and get some improvement but not back to flat.

I can't speak for the rest of the Modiano range, but their Platinum Acetate's quality control left me cold.

First pack - bowed as f*ck. Replacement pack - ace of spade's corner was slightly less rounded than all the others in the pack, making it instantly identifiable by sight and just by sliding a thumb or finger along the pack.

Not good.

I've had no issues with copags, and my fournier wsops are great.

No experience of Kems.

Piatnik - got a set of their bridge size Jumbo's, initially delighted but they're probably the ones which have seen ink "cracking" before any of the others.

Bicycle Prestige - haven't used these in anger yet but they seem thinner and less "premium" than my others.
