There are no 46mm racks. The OWPS 46mm chips fit in 50mm racks, but due to their extra thickness, it's only 16-to-a-barrel (4 barrels per rack).

Any leads on where I could buy these?
Nope. Mine were sold by BCC before they closed shop. GPI offers 50mm racks, but not to the general public.

Tony, do those wooden racks stack? What are the external dimensions?

Yes they stack, the underside have grooves. I don't have the dimensions for the 46mm rack, only my regular sized racks. That one was a one off made upon special request by @Trihonda, he could give you the dimensions of it. It's made out of 1-1/2" thick maple though. I didn't put grooves on the bottom of his because he only got the 1 rack. He would need a 2nd rack and more 46mm chips to stack on top of which I understood he didn't since the tray was for his bounty chips.

Example of the stacking regular sized trays:

Wait a tic......I just remembered:).....I recently bought some of those buy-in chips from the PALMS @thechipexchange . I'm pretty sure that Todd said he might have a few to spare for sale but also mentioned that their condition may be "not the greatest"........corner cracks, chips in the acrylic, etc.....I could be very wrong on the condition part, but I'm sure he holsters them bad boys in Paul-son 50mm racks I also need a 50mm for those monsters...thanks for the reminder. But now that's out of the way......I'm curious, how much do these wood racks cost? Does one have to buy multiple racks? And may one choose wood type (within the realm of reason) and color of stain?

There's no minimum to buy. The 39mm chip racks are $25 each, the 46mm racks are $30 each, USD.

Yes you can choose your wood type, the default wood type is Maple. For the racks I pictured above, they're maple for the milled parts and walnut on the sides. Those pictured don't have a poly finish yet so the walnut would get a lot darker with an oil based finish.

I'm afraid I don't offer staining on these, it's just too time consuming because of the shape. I only finish with poly or varnish.
