On the other hand, the padded seats in the pool room, would serve well as poker trail seats. If you take the house, you will have to keep them!Solution: move the pool table out of its currrent spot. THAT room becomes the dedicated poker room.
I would've preferred that be an indoor salt water pool. Lol the pool outside can be cut in half and replaced with a hot tub and fully screened gazebo in which a second cardroom would exist. The original cardroom does seem small for the money investedI would melt the ice and use that as a tournament room.
Not that cost is a consideration, but the expense of an indoor rink, coupled with the damage done by pucks, and the stink of hockey gear... Plus, I loathe boards and glass all marked up with pucks. None of that is appealing inside my house. I certainly don't want my kids' friends coming over to make the issue worse.
They're amazing lol should try it if you ever vacation at a resort that has oneSaltwater pool? Dafuq?

I don’t understand why the basketball court has synthetic ice when there is a real ice rink attached to the house.
If I could afford it I would do it in a second.Seems like a super nice, elegant property...except for the hockey rink. I don't understand that, unless you are Wayne Gretsky or something. It definitely doesn't fit in with the rest of property, not to mention the ongoing expense to maintain. Seems like that acreage could be used more elegantly.
But why when you have a real rink is my point. Are you going to play roller hockey over ice hockey? I’m not.Sport court it looks like. Great for roller hockey.

The house wasn't built to be a museum. The article says they raised their family there. It also mentioned having boys... I'm sure they'll be in the NHL soon.I don't understand that, unless you are Wayne Gretsky or something.
At which point play roller on the rink, assuming the floor is concrete and not sand. Maybe it is sand for future repairs.I'm not either. Ice all day. I guess maybe he doesn't have ice year round?

But you’re -12 so scouts are a little disappointed in your defense zone efforts.I'm still holding out hope. I'm not even 36 and just turned in 13 goals and 6 assists in 8 games during my men's league season. I'll be getting the call to the show any time now, according to my agent.
