Police said one of those people, Rosa Nguyen, 36, of Annandale, Va., bought $150,000 worth of counterfeit casino chips on the Internet for $12,000 and then altered their appearance to make them look like chips from Maryland Live.
Authorities said they're also looking to charge two other people in an unrelated case of fraudulent chip use. Detectives said they believe those people are a couple also from Northern Virginia who got $1 chips from the Charles Town Casino in West Virginia and altered them to look like $100 chips from Maryland Live.
