Built this table to match my Nexgen tournament chips with custom labels.

Whisper vinyl rail, sublimation dyed poker layout, volara foam and legs from gorilla gaming. I made the light diffuser using my wife's Cricut machine that cut brushed vinyl over strips of plexiglass frosted by sanding.

Best part is it doesn't need to plug into the wall. I mounted a portable battery pack underneath, so the plug is never seen.

I'm in the design stages of my 2nd table - I'm considering the Gorilla Gaming legs, do you like them and are they work it?? How'd you attached them, screws or threaded inserts?

+1 to this question. Looking at these as well - curious to hear if anyone has experience with both these and the Rockler legs.

Beautiful table! I am not familiar with sublimation felt…does that have the same feel as speed cloth or more like a gaming suede?

I just used the screws it came with. They were very heavy duty. The legs are very solid although quite pricey. I wanted to spring for some good ones since I still needed this table to be portable.

Not as fast as speed cloth but I wanted the betting circle. Still works great. Bought the material from casinosupply dot com

FWIW, it looks like there's a guy selling tables on eBay he builds with these legs (similar color rail vinyl to @big32dave's build too):

Rather than continue to hijack the thread, if anyone wants to discuss gorilla legs, we can do that here.

I’ve built several tables with the Rockler legs and I absolutely love them. Several other members have used them as well. I remember @Redbelly using them on his tables, but I’m not sure if he’s around these parts anymore, but his tables are fantastic. I’ll see if I can find some photos.

EDIT: I wasn’t able to find good photos of Sean’s tables, but I saw that he was online recently, so he might be able to share some pictures. I know the legs are a bit pricey, but, for how sturdy they are, I think they’re amazing. Unfortunately, I lost most of the photos of my table builds as well. Truthfully, I think they look much nicer than any other folding legs out there, and the locking mechanism on them is rock solid.

I had no idea they were gone! I remember looking at these on ChipTalk a lot and they were a huge reason that I decided to take on my first table build! Now, however many years later I’m still building tables! I’m actually measuring five octagon tables as we speak!

Thanks for the photos, Sean. It was nice to see these tables again.
