I'd like to order another 20-30 "Make it a double" poker chips. I've had a few members inquire about them. I thought I would offer it up to anyone that wants them. Feel free to order 1 to however many you want.

How I use the Make it a Double Chip.

Cash Games:

Everyone is issued one or two chips with their buy in. Before the cards are dealt you can toss the chip into the middle of the table and call double a double board game. Our default double board game is PLO. Any time you do an add on of 40 or more you can acquire another DB Chip.

Tourney's:

I occasionally host a PLO tourney. You are issued one or two chips with your buy in. The difference is, you don't have to play the chip until action is on you (pre flop). It can add another level of strategy of when to use the chip.

I don't think the B mold is running for awhile. If this gets any traction then I'll fire David off an email.

If I reach a 100 I'll put the order in. I believe the chips are $2.24 per. Then whatever additional shipping is required. Or I can deliver them to one of the meet ups that I will be attending next year.

So I bet my hand and someone after me then changes the rules?

Not really that bad of a deal, because if my hand is good for one PLO board, then its still good for two boards.

But what if I fold, and then someone makes it a double board? If I had a drawing hand that was not good enough to play single board PLO, I might have given it a shot if I knew a double board was coming.

Its your game, but I don't like this option. I'd rather see it played before the deal, just like the cash games, so everyone is assessing their hands under the same rules.

JMHO.

(and sorry for the threadjack)

Ive hosted two tourneys like this and they were a huge hit. Granted, they were 20.00 tourneys. None the less everyone had a great time.

Technically it's not changing the rules because it is the rule :).

Wetee already at the minimum of 100. Ill reach out to David and see when three b mold hits its next run.

I just confirmed with David that for add ons its 100 or more chips.

Price will be 2.04 plus reshipping.

The B mold runs in two to three months.
When the time comes I initially collect for the chips. Then when needed I'll collect for the shipping.

I'll keep this thread open for about a month. That should give anyone else enough time to decide if they want any.

Next week I'll start collecting money for these so I can get the order in.

After they're delivered, you should run a thread for "Most Creative Use" of these chips!

Jeff will have a big edge with his 50...
