I had been collecting TRK single for a couple years, but last year I decided I wasn't going to collect singles anymore. So I sold them all off (Mapes, Nevada Club/Lodge, etc.) and chased other chips for the sets I've been working on. Everything was fine until this thread appeared. Dammit, now I'm back in the singles game. Here's some recent acquisitions:

My Jessie Beck set is a little unusual in that it has a uncirculated $1 chip (most of them are casino worn) that is also an error chip. It has no granny inlay side. The crest inlay is on both sides.

For a long time that was the most expensive single I had purchased. They're more available now it seems and the condition of the ones that come up on eBay are really nice. Keep looking!

I held one at the convention. Can be mine for $7932 more than the Mapes.

I think you can get it for less than that. I believe he offered it to me for $6500 when I was drooling over it.

I'm using the I39 (39mm) size with snug fit on small crowns, CPCs, and Paulsons.

Man that Plaza $1 looks sweet. Condition is so tough with a lot of the TRK $1s. That Rainbow 25c is the rarer of the 2 versions. Great Pickups

Digging out a few more pics of my collection ... One of my favorite small crowns are the Union Plaza chippies. Here are all the denoms that I have. Sorry I know the $1 and $5s are posted before. Love the gold way the gold inlays look. Man... I really need to clean and rescan all my chips so they look consistent.

I was in on a few of the same sellers auctions today. Lots of action but I only won one.
