Wanted Paulson mint chips.. cash set (2 Viewers)

Hey all
I have some cash coming in for some poker tables i made and sold.. now to spend it on some minty paulson chips!

I am looking for a cash set:

$1 - will need 2 racks
$5 - will need 2 racks (maybe 3 racks depending on price)
$25 - will need 1 rack
$100 - 1 barrel

This will give me a 510 chip set for a $1/$2 game

Shipping to Australia is a pain, as well as a low conversion rate, so these will be deciding factors for whether i can actually afford the set.
I have a budget in mind, so i will see how i go.

If you definitely want Paulsons, I have 2 racks of royal blue starbursts. Not mint, but very good condition. Not sure what you're looking for though.

There's 1 rack of purple (horseshoe hotstamp) on the same mold.

what would be an average price, per chip, for a mint/ near mint paulson..
$1.50 ? $2+ ?

i think i am out of my depth thinking i can get a set for about $600AU .. ($470US)

I might have to settle for something cheaper i think..

Depends on the set, and depends a lot on the denomination. Nearly all minty $100's are $2-$3, most minty fractionals can be close to $2, even minty $1's can be expensive. Minty $5's and $25's usually $1 to $1.50.

Find the $5s first as this will be your workhorse in 1/2, then build around that

Those are per rack prices though. As a set you should expect about $600-700

I think a minimum of two racks of $1's. In a 10 player game, you could only give each person 10 chips. I think they need at least a stack. I have three racks in my set, and I always get into the third rack.
Also, I would search for a rack of $20's instead of $25's. I find it easier to transact.
