Joined a while back, made a couple of post so I figured I should introduce myself. Some of you may know me from some of the other forums.

I host a monthly game, built a couple of poker tables, designed poker chips, designed custom poker felts, built wood poker cases, wood card boxes, etc. I dabble in all things poker, jack of all trades master of none. Poker is truly a hobby of mine.

Here are a couple of pictures of things I have designed and built.

Welcome to PCF. I've seen this table before. Great theme! I may get a another insert for my table with a custom PCF cloth down the line. Who did your cloth?

I really like that design in the cloth! Nice looking chip storage too.

Hey Woody! Great pictures. Diggin that felt print. Did you do that yourself or have someone else put it down? Thanks for sharing.

Love those card boxes. Reminds me of the way Modianos (I think?) are packaged. I love how they pop up out of the box instead of having to turn the damn thing over and hold the other deck in place if you only want one out of the box.

Yep, those Modiano boxes was my inspiration.

remind me... was that felt printed on the gaming suede or the microfiber... how do the cards slide... I have an 8 footer I'm thinking of recovering (it currently has speed cloth)

agreed about the boxes... very cool

Microfiber from PGI - love the feel, but card slide is not great. If you have a dedicated dealer, the card slide would be great. Dealing from the ends can be a little challenging. We pass the deal and I always deal from one end and it isn't a problem, however a couple of the non-regulars have struggled a little bit dealing from the other end. I found Copag cards slide better then Modiano. If I had to do it over again I would still go with the Microfiber over speed cloth. It is a personal choice, I like the feel better and can deal with the reduced card slide. I posted more info over on CT when I first made the table.
