Know what’s funny about this? Up until 2013 or 2014, when prosecutors and defense lawyers requested a recordings of 911 calls and police radio communications in Boston courts, they’d be given a cassette.

I delivered papers in an apartment complex. One dude was chronically behind on paying. I knocked and knocked and knocked but no one answered. I left a paper and went to the second floor to deliver/collect.

That fucker came out and snatched the paper. He couldn't even wait until I went to the next building to grab his newspaper.

I'm still mad more than 40 years later.

Haha I would have started delivering week old newspapers to him. Same day of the week but week old news.

That’s BS.

Holding your portable cassette player to the radio to record your favorite song and the dj talking over the beginning of it. Or to the tv speaker while American bandstand or heehaw was on to capture some songs for a mixed take.

I've got 3 kids who are now young adults and they can barely sign their own name. None write in cursive ever. I really don't either and when I do I really have to think about how to form certain letters.
