Real talk is there a statute of limitations in his state where he just gets to keep the chips? Like legally if he filed an unclaimed property filing or something silly like that? I'd be afraid of the stalling.

When someone scammed me for products when I was young I almost took them to small claims court and was willing to fly from Canada to Arkansas to "have my day in court". Would you ever consider this or would you just write it off if it came to that?

I enjoy bird court and PCF court, but I’m good on actual court. I think at the $10k+ mark is where I’d contemplate something like that.

I’m not worried about the stalling, I’d just really like to wrap things up at this point as it’s one of the only things left out there for me chipping wise.

Already currently dealing with having to attend court and grab a lawyer and such in the real world for someone that owes money

I highly recommend it. I spent a night in a cell once with this kid who had on no shoes and his T-shirt said "It's all fun and games, until the cops show up".

Never say never I suppose, but the time for that was probably before getting married and kids.

I’ll just have to live vicariously through my kids when I have to bail one of them out - guessing it’ll be the girl.

Yes box is here (which you obviously know) in the garage. He was not only unapologetic in his second ever communication in a year and a half, he was actually shitty instead.

And just to provide insight since Scott decided to consistently raise cloak and dagger/murky objections throughout this transaction, Nate’s reasoning from what I can tell had nothing to do with me and instead “there’s good reasons I left”, meaning PCF.

I’m sure the people he cried to at the meetup can speak to that, I don’t know nor do I care.
