Real talk is there a statute of limitations in his state where he just gets to keep the chips? Like legally if he filed an unclaimed property filing or something silly like that? I'd be afraid of the stalling.

When someone scammed me for products when I was young I almost took them to small claims court and was willing to fly from Canada to Arkansas to "have my day in court". Would you ever consider this or would you just write it off if it came to that?

Everyone’s the hero of their own story, and I’ve certainly been a dick from time to time myself.

I did block Scott long ago and ignored him for a long time through many posts, but at some point letting someone paint a bad picture by intentionally telling half truths seems like the worse of 2 options - but was prob the better one and I should’ve.

I appreciate the response, I do.

Ive mostly wrapped up my PCF journey these days. Not a negative towards PCF, but I’m mostly done chip wise and there isn’t really a social aspect left.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier I found PCF and had the journey I had. Looking forward to continuing the relationships I’ve built and seeing folks irl.

If it’s trying to infer something nefarious about me, when I get Nate’s blessing I will post every single pm pertaining to this deal.

I’m sorry (although less every month) for whatever occurs in his personal life, but that has nothing to do with me. I’ve been far, far, far too kind in my dealing with him.

Including 2 prior interactions with Nate where he wanted chips he couldn’t afford, and each time I told him he could absolutely have them and pay later, on a plan, etc.

If he personally has distaste for me because of this deal, that’s a Nate issue.

(since he refuses to engage with me, if you want to ask Nate for the okay and let me know, I’m happy to post the pms in their entirety with your okay from him)

I don’t want advice necessarily, but appreciate it.

While it’s unfortunate to see this type of engagement concerning these type of exchanges, it appears from the recent $5k scam, the recent group buy fiasco, the recent shipping fiasco, etc., that PCF definitely is not worried about accountability these days (none of those events resulted in neutral or negative feedback btw, so no long lasting negative impact).

I wasn’t here for a month while I had things needing shipped twice, somewhere between 3-6 years ago. I may be off on numbers, I haven’t gone back and looked at those in a long time.

I reshipped a bulk of chips to various chippers, one guy got a rack of like all spinners. He asked if it was intentional, it wasn’t (the other rack was all spinners too).

I had to send a package like 6 times during Covid while in France (from France to Germany). It kept getting returned, but we figured it out eventually.

There was a rack or a barrel or something I dibsed at some point from trkings iirc, but wasn’t online much. Jeep picked them up from him instead.

I owe Kifer a rack or barrel or a stamp job or something, I think I didn’t follow through on a project. Went through literal hundreds of pages of PMs but have yet to find it. This is the only outstanding issue.

I acted like a very loud child at a meetup. It was my first time seeing people I could talk to and be social in a year as I was under quarantine in a foreign country before then, but mortified by that.

I did post A LOT for a long time.

If I’m missing something, I’m sure they can point it out, but I think that’s the highlight of potential negatives. As an anxious human, I’m not quite sure what they all keep hinting towards as this giant bombshell, but I’d be lying if I said it wasn’t worrisome.

On the other side I have probably 750ish transactions approaching $500,000 that were positive.
