I like to imagine there are some secret mailing groups that agree to vote as a bloc in these polls. There is the PCA syndicate, the lakeshore cabal, and my favorite, the sloth claw brute squad.

I feel “brute squad” is too generous. It’s easy to like sloth claw, they’ve got the dainty 18 spots that dominate public opinion right now. Sloth squad alone feels adequate

There is ownership bias for sure - PCAs definitely, Lakeshores not quite sure lol. Would imagine it will be in full force for the 1k competition - where the Jacks, IGs etc will score well

RHC and IHC chips don’t win, but except for Empress IL and King International Aruba $1k chips, I can’t think of any other THC $1k chips that people own. So I think the $1000 contest will be unpredictable.
