No, not the 'CPC' you're thinking of..... this is the Colorado Poker Championship at the Bally's Casino in Black Hawk.
I will use this thread to update my tournament runs over the next week or so. The schedule is here for anyone interested. Unfortunately I will only be playing the NLHE games. The $500 Bounty event looked interesting, but the rake was $105......over 20%!!!!

And the chips are terribad, cheap plastics, most likely ICON, so nothing to write home about, except the glaring error on the chips themselves.......

I'll be playing the $400 noon Freeze Out tomorrow and then the Main Event next week, and if tomorrow doesn't go well, next Wednesday will be the $200 event and a Satellite potentially...

Last month I got 3rd out of 78 in one of their weekend $300 Dailys for $3800, so I'm hoping for some more run good. Stay Tuned!
