Name my buddy's boat! (1 Viewer)

Sea Bet is definitely my favorite so far.

Wet Flop is a close second.

And just to share this, last year I saw a boat named "Bass to Mouth"

I really like those two as well.

Haha. My friend is sufficiently crass that he would love that name. But this is an salt water fishing boat so the bass thing doesn't connect well anyway.

How did nobody suggest??????

So, he definitely wants a graphic to go along with the name.

It looks like “Sea-Bet” is the favorite of the community. What would be the graphic? Poker chips and cards?

Probably too late to be considered, but here are a few more punny ideas:

Ship It
Fish 'n Chips
Raise Anchor
Set Sail
Wired Fishhooks
Bettor Seas Ahead
Wash The Deck
Rivered Boat
Angler
Cold Deck
Whale Watcher
Seas The Pot
Chips For Sail
Caught a Monster
On Tilt
Slow Roller

Looks like Ship it, Slow roll and Boat on the River were mentioned before in the other thread.

"The Implication"

It's what I will name my next boat, if I feel like throwing money out the window.

Always sunny reference

One of the horses I owned was literally "red horse" went out to a farm to look at a few a grey a bay and a red horse. I bought the red horse and never bothered to change the name from that. He was probably the best I ever owned trained as a showjumper, was leased out for a few years and later was both a pony horse for thoroughbreds and even a riding horse for my mother. The horse honestly retired himself bolting for anyone who got on his back but me and I honestly by the time the horse was older would ride him with a halter and a saddle so he could graze whenever he wanted while we just went out hacking in the woods with a beer in my back pocket.

If I ever were to own a boat.... "boat" would be high on the list of candidacy.

To update this thread, my buddy very much appreciates and values the suggestions and wants to use these to come up with some test graphics. I told him I would do some tests for him before he tried hired another designer (possibly one of the designers here). But I am a bit busy the next week or two.

I had a longer conversation with him about this and he said it isn’t a rush, but it is important since people don’t just use the name on the boat but use it as a personal brand down here. Boating/fishing is a way of life down here. He expects to put it on poker chips (just cheap chips like cards mold which I will arrange for him), hats, shirts, coolers, etc. He said it’s also important because he expects to take clients out fishing and would like a good but solid rationale/meaning behind it.

I will keep this thread updated as I come up with some graphics.

What is he fishing for? Or does he just run a tight ship?

Not take fishing clients out, but his business clients/partners. He is in real estate.

Standard fishing for wahoo, dolphin, sword, sail, lobster, etc.
