Building a pair of 56" cash tables for Degen in Dallas and my local circus cash nights.
First step - make a circle jig. My Jasper doesn't go to 56" so I got a sheet of 1/4" ply to cut off a small section for my jig.
Jig complete and tracing the cut. Beer #1 standing guard.
First pass complete.
And we have a circle!
Cutting out the rail.
And done.
Repeat for second table. Beer #2 is on guard.
All pieces cut out last night. Standing by for rounding of edges and black stain for the underside and foam installation today.
Foam: I went with Foam by Mail 1" HD-Lux for the rail and 3/8" HD-Lux for the playing surface. (Refinishing my existing ovals as well).
Letting it air out and expand in the garage overnight.
