Casino chip harvesting (2 Viewers)

At least $1 per chip I imagine for "clay". That's why hot stamped unicorns, or hot stamped plastic Bud Jones are popular casino choices for fracs, since they are way cheaper.
Bud Jones plastic chips are generally more expensive than the clay chips from what I understand.

Forgive my ignorance, I don't go to casinos, but won't the dealer and other people at the table get annoyed with you constantly putting out $5 chips and having to make change for you when you have $1 chips in your stack?
Every single hand the dealer is making change for someone. You just out out 1 over chip to call and the dealer makes change.

Bud Jones plastic chips are generally more expensive than the slay chips.
The hot stamped unweighted Bud Jones V1 and R1 chips are much cheaper, less than 50c/chip, and are commonly used as fracs, which I believe is what he was referring to.

Gotcha. I just remember the highest end chip that paulson sells are Bud Jones plastic chips.

As far as harvest goes, I find the cheap gimmicky games the best. Like the wheel game etc.
They have $1-3 min bets so they have a load of 1s and you can generally sit there for a long period of time without winning/losing much.

I use a fanny pack that I deposit nice chips into as I examine my chips.

My friends also had good luck just going around to empty tables and asking dealers if they would be willing to find 10-20 nice chips for them to give to their groomsmen as souvenirs.

I think B&G is actually more expensive by a bit, but yeah the V7s are some of the most expensive chips they offer.

Okay, so if the chips cost them more than $1, then it makes perfect sense that they would not want harvesters taking a rack of $1 or lower denomination from their casino.
