I believe so. For some reason they are $25 denomination though. Not sure the history of theses chips. Some have said they are a variant made by CDM and some say they are just different inlays that someone put on them. I picked these up at an estate sale in a poker chip case with Casino de Isthmus chip I am also thinking about selling
