Intro
I did not really need another tournament set but I was really curious about the chips being used in the "cards mold group buy" run by @SeanGecko and wanted to check if this seller was using the same blanks as SunFly's PolyClay chips.

The design features the sentence "Fino alla Fine" (= until the end) which is also the Juventus slogan. They also feature my initials. I wanted classic colors and the same edge spots for all the denominations. Only the bounty chip has different spots.

Breakdown
This tournament set is mainly foreseen for 8 players T20,000 freezeouts with 12/12/7/10/1 starting stacks on opening blinds 25-50. I've also foreseen bounty chips.
This set can also be used as T10,000 tournament with one re-entry allowed. I would then probably use opening blinds 25-25.

This set can also accomodate T15,000 full table (10 players) freezeout.
And it can even cover 2 6-max tables (so 12 players) T7500 freezeout. In this case, I would also use opening blinds 25-25.

So the total chip count is 400 :
T25 x 100 + 5 spares
T100 x 100 + 5 spares
T500 x 60 + 5 spares
T1000 x 80 + 5 spares
T5000 x 20 + 5 spares
Bounty x 10 + 5 spares

Here's a picture of the chips received. Thanks to @BarryWhine and @albatros63 for ordering the chips together to reduce shipping fees.

Comparison with SunFly PolyClays
Here're some comparison pictures with other SunFly's diamonds mold chips I own.

The chips look the same but they are of different quality. I could notice few spinners with these chips but not a single one with the SunFly ones.

The other difference I noticed are on the rolling edges. On SunFly's chips, they are glossy, on the Alibaba seller's chips, they are matte as you can see on the picture below. Also, the ones from Alibaba seller can stand on edge, unlike the ones from SunFly.

Also, the edge alignment on the Alibaba seller's chips is far from perfect. There SunFly is doing much better. I voluntary picked one of the chips having the worst alignment.

Overall we have to keep in mind the price tags. These chips are very nice and they stack very well even though there are some spinners.

Conclusion
+ : interesting cheap option for full customs.
- : far from perfect edge alignment
- : some spinners

Next steps :

I think the green I've selected as base color for the T25 could cause problems with the T500 in low light situations (to be confirmed in play).

So, as I could piggy back on an ongoing SunFly order, I decided to create another version of that T25 :

And since I was ordering at SunFly, I decided also to order a 60mm dealer button and 49mm HORSE games buttons (2 different faces, one per orbit).

I can't see how you would be having problems with confusing those chips really.

Nice chips. :)

I'll see soon at the next game. ;-)
Since I could piggy back on a SunFly order I took the opportunity to have another T25 and check which one I prefer.

Since I liked my design so much (with the new T25), I decided to reorder all other denoms at SunFly to have something without any flaws.

I then decided to create these chips too (faux hotstamp on diamonds mold) :

Each chip will be awarded to the 11 first winners of the 11 first tournaments using these Fino alla Fine chips.

These bonus chips are white with black stripes like the Juventus jersey.

Also, I've not mentionned it in the intro but I chose the Diamonds mold over the Card mold because my favourite Juventus player nickname is "La Joya" (spanish) which means "The Diamond".

Here’re the pics of the validated prototypes.
As explained, I’ve decided to get them redone by SunFly.

The right one with 7/8 inches « inlays » has been retained.

To be fair, while you mentioned it in your commentary, I think you should add the other positives of the chips from Alibaba in your conclusion section. Specifically stand on edge and matte vs glossy edges. Also, how much is the pricing difference? What's the cost per chip for an order of Polyclay from Sun-Fly?

To me razor-sharp edge vs. rounded edge and glossy vs. matte is a question of preference.

For some it'll be an advantage, for others not necessarily.

PolyClay aligned are priced USD 0.48 by SunFly.
