Wanted 600-1000 Cali Cash Set (1 Viewer)

Hi Everyone,

Figured I'd put this out there knowing that chances are slim, but here goes nothing. Like everyone else, I'm really liking the unique color schemes of Cali chips. I'm looking for a 600-800 (maybe 1000, but that might be overdoing it) set. My max budget is $3,000. I'm sad that I missed this opportunity, but this is a perfect example of a set that I would like to purchase: For Sale Huntington Park HP 800 pc cash set and in my price range. My ideal breakdown would be something like this:

100x 0.25
300x 1
200x 5
80x 20 *Like the unique $20 denomination as well*
20x 100

Following fellow members good advice, if you have a larger set, I would prefer to add more $1 chips, for limit games.

I'm not sold on Crystal Park's as they don't have 0.25 denomination chips, and also the other, uncommon denominations. But I'm open to any discussion on sets that are out there, and members that would consider selling.

if u change your mind I’ve got some extra racks I’ll let go at cost but I don’t by any means have a full set. There is a ton of chips in that run, and even more sets here to choose from ENJOY!!!

Hi davislane, yea I'm pretty much set on Paulsons. Although, I had seen those chips in other threads and they look sweet!

I ordered a sample set and it seems to be lost in the mail. I really wanted to pull the trigger on a set but couldn't do it without seeing and feeling them. From everyones feedback it seems everyone loves them and there will be more ordered in the future.

Cali sets are the best and the HP are awesome! I believe @Tienou59 has a few barrels for sale. If you are trying to figure out what’s out there beyond the HP...With the help of more seasoned PCF members, I tried to put together a list of all Cali playable sets. I struggled to get a better picture of actual quantities in circulation though, but hopefully you will find that useful Best of luck!

I have wanted a Cali colored clay set for a long time too, but have not found one with a $5 I love, and that I can afford.

so I went with a semi custom set from @ABC Gifts and Awards.

The colors are amazing. The design is fun. And the price can’t be touched!

I have about $600 in this set. With the rest of your budget you can get a great Vegas colored Paulson set easily.

I'm definitely realistic about my chances. Sacramento/coke giraffes, DEFINITELY never going to happen. Lakeshore Inn's, PROBABLY never going to happen. And on and on, but I'm hopeful to find something out there.

Thanks @ReallyGoodUsername , I'm always battling myself and my lack of patience. I always have to fight to urge to impulse buy (and I'm not talking about poker chips, but I have a feeling as I keep going down this rabbit hole...). But it's nice to hear that you were able to score a set of these. They are absolutely gorgeous! Queue Shia LaBeouf "Just do it" meme!

If you consider relabeling as an option it really opens things up for you.
I relabeled some RHC chips as quarters for my Crystal Park set.
You can get what you are looking for in your price range if you “settle” for a relable.

Thanks for the feedback @guyfleegman. I think if I were to consider a relabel option, I would probably lean towards buying a custom CPC set. I bought some samples from them already and eagerly await for them to arrive in the mail.
