I am putting together an RHC tournament set to be re-labeled. I need suggestions for the T100 and T500s. Looking for chips that aren't too hard to find, and are economical (max budget of $300 per rack). I have the following so far:

Any ideas?

I am not a big fan of 616 spots, but I do like the colors on the Kash 100s

$300/rack might be tough for black chips, since most are $100s and sell for that as-is (or more). The Jack Detroit $100s typically go for less than $300.

Same for purple chips, although you can use pink, red, white, or blue for that denom -- most of which should be attainable at your cost threshold.

Maybe a blue or grey $100 and a white $500, or consider using your red Rio in the $500 slot.

Whatever you do... don't use the Kash 100s and don't use MGM springfield as a 500... we don't need copycat sets in the same city ;)

T1000 and T5000 are too close in color, IMO. With proper lighting it might be ok, but if you're playing in any kind of low lighting situation the difference between orange/pink and red/pink might be a little too close. Just food for thought.

Yes, I am aware of that situation. I couldn't resist the Ysabel 1Ks though. I had those in mind as soon as they appeared in the community.

For the T500, I want to stay away from the traditional purples because I want more contrast between them and the 100s. I'm currently giving strong consideration to the following:

I don't know if that helps or hurts the spot progression (it was already a bit disjointed).

Only one I'm not sold on in that breakdown is the Hundo. But.... I think I could be sold on it...

I completely agree. I'm going with them for now because they're minty, in budget, and I found 200 available. Maybe if and when the Jack's Cincinnati chips become available I might see a better option.

I think this is interesting, but I'm guessing getting a rack of the snappers would be extremely difficult despite it being listed in the ChipGuide as a current chip.

It looks pretty but I think it would be a terrible combination to play with having the 500 1k and 5k all in one stack... not enough contrast... lots of dirty staxx... If you want RHC relabels on a budget you should probably go the same route I did and that's a white 500... there's lots to chose from and it's not an unnatural color to see for a 500

Perhaps a chip with a 414 spot pattern would serve well in the spot for the hundo. Just my opinion..

EDIT : or a 418 too...

Or another 1/4 pie chip would also work and validate the other one you got in the T1K spot. Again, just my dumb opinion.

Would the Isle $1 cause dirty-stacking with the Ysabel though?

how many of those Rio $5s can you get? IMO that would be a great 500 and then maybe use jack or isle $1s as your 5000s.
