I have just heard 3 methods of calculating "pot" so I assume there is no standard.
The basic rule would be every chip in the pot counts as is.
Another widely used rule is the small blind counts as complete giving the opener a clean multiple of the big blind. (4x total)
And now what I am learning today that you can play the odd chips below the workhorse get rounded up.
I assume all of these formats can vary from house to house.
