I have this wedding chip as part of my daughter’s collection of pink chips. If the bride or groom want this chip back, I’ll be happy to send it to them - just let me know what the other side of the chip says & looks like.

If you are the bride/groom and don’t want it back, I’d appreciate knowing that as well (it may have been designed as a wedding favor).

I think it is a wedding favor. I have one as well and will PM you with what's shown on the other side. Just curious to see if it's from the same wedding or even more interesting, if it isn't and Dennis did this regularly. I can see him doing this based on the stock spot pattern.

Forgot to update this thread. It appears @PAZ has the same chip - so between my chip, PAZ’s, and the ones Godzilla has seen at chip conventions, I think it’s safe to assume this chip was made as a wedding favor, and the bride/groom are not missing it.

However, if anyone knows Colleen & Allan, and they want this chip back, let me know. There is a milestone anniversary coming up for them next year.

Hey @ChipFinderSK, not to burst your bubble of hope, for all we know, it's possible there are other realities here:
  1. Colleen and Allan have since been divorced.
  2. Colleen and Allan were a fictional couple that TR King put on a promo set of chips to advertise wedding favors.
  3. Colleen and Allan split up before the wedding, stiffed TR King, never paying for their custom chips they ordered, and TR King sold the rack(s) to someone, and single chips were split up and sold at chip conventions and online.

I recognize these possibilities, which is why now that I know several of these were made (presumably as wedding favors), I’m no longer worried about returning it to the couple. #2 is an interesting possibility that I hadn’t considered though.

Theoretically, if the divorce rate is 50%, then that is a pretty likely outcome.

No Debbie Downer, just a Ricky Realist.
