One of my favorite current Vegas inlay.
- Very readable denom
- Logo nicely put in the background
- Smaller fonts also clearly visible

It's a 5 for me.

By itself, this inlay is perhaps underwhelming, but certainly not below average. For me, this is a prime example of keeping an inlay purposefully simple and allowing the base colour and edge spots of each denomination to shine as a result. The Aurora Star inlays are another example of where this works really well imo. It relies on having really good/interesting chip design of course, but in the case of the Aria line-up, I think they have accomplished this.

Based on that, I'll up this from a 3 to a 4/5.

Even on that yellow $20 chip, this inlay still sucks ass, lol. But on the blue $1 chip it looks a lot worse. Never liked neither this nor the bellagio inlay. Super boring and ugly. Barely a 1 from me

Hard to argue the appeal of this inlay with all the replica's and tribute's out there.

Hell even I have thought about using it for a custom set because I have the artistic ability of a potato.

Simplicity is the hallmark of a good inlay IMO. A full color inlay is just way too busy and distracting for me.

there needs to be a balance.

Paris and Flamingo do it just about perfectly IMO. An interesting design element, the name, and a clear easy to read denomination.

I think the “appeal” for Bellagio and Aria designs is because the casinos are among the best in Vegas and there card rooms are as well. If SLS had the same design most people would have said they are shit.

It makes sense for people who don’t know what to use or have no artistic vision to copy a generic, bland inlay since it works with most sets.

So says the guy whose favorite inlay is Condado Beach...

All that space on the sides of just nothing, redundant value. I do think this is one chip where the obscured logo in the center isn't terrible, but overall just meh
