anyway since it’s here... I am very curious as well. Shaped inlay so this isn’t some murder job.

Yes, that $10 red looks like one of the production design chips originally made for the Licence to Kill movie in 1989. The chips themselves were never in play during the movie casino scenes (everything at the blackjack table was done with large white plaques), but you can see a smattering of shaped inlaid and spotted chips with this logo in a still shot in the opening credit sequence.
 
Big guns all waited until the last few seconds. The lot sold for $210.99. It was $86 with a minute to go. I tried $108, but no-go.
