Hi all,

This will mainly apply to European members, but if anybody wants a game this evening on PokerStars (I will be updating upcoming games in this thread, too), I am having a £11 + 2 rebuys small tournament at 815pm this evening (apologies for the short notice).

Club ID: 3579053

Will keep payments through the PokerStars portal for simplicity.

Best,

Jack.

@OlNoiShi I see you have registered with the club — I have accepted you. The tournament should be there for you to register, it's called The Isolation Masters.

Thanks for the invite. No real money Pokerstars here in Switzerland unfortunately. The Swiss government decided last year that restricting access foreign poker websites was a good thing to do...

I don't see any tournament

Most of the euro players are Swiss and can only play for play money. That’s why we’re messing about with PayPal after games.
Does that apply to France, too, do you know?

Bloody governments!

I have reboot PStar and still the same... Are you sure it's possible to play in real money on £ tournament with euro players?

I have create a club to make some try and no problem to create real money tournament (just 20€ max). I think that is the mix £/€ which is incompatible.

Ahhhhh, it might be the incompatible nature of both currencies in the home game section, yes. Strange though, especially seeing as Poker Stars' usual tournaments accommodate players and currencies from around the world from the same time.

Sorry to resurrect an older post, but has anyone in the Switzerland or US (or anywhere where real money online gaming is banned) tried PokerStars through a VPN to represent being in the UK?
