This is great. I’m interested in 3-4 as long as it doesn’t say tournament. We play cash only. And I agree that not having white dots is better. I wouldn’t want to write directly on plaque. Following with interest.

I'm interested in how you would use this. I have a bad beat jackpot too, but since it's awarded immediately when the bad beat happens I don't know how having the token does anything for me, unless you're thinking of simply giving this token as the award for a bad beat.

We do one every cash game. It gets passed around to whoever lost with the best hand and stays with them until someone loses with a better hand. Effectively the way we do it is whoever loses with the best hand that night gets the jackpot.

Tracking, that makes sense. I started a standing bad beat Jackpot not a nightly thing, just stays week to week till someone loses with Jacks full or better.

I do what you're describing for high hand each night it's not anything big or fancy. Winner typically gets a new deck of cards or a card protector, nobody pays into it I just donate the prizes.

I also think you should be able to write on the plaque with a dry erase etc. When a higher hand whens erase and pass it to the winner. Otherwise it seems to defeat the purpose of it existing.

I cant understand this need to write the high hand down on the jeton. Just note it down with pen and paper and toss the jeton around. It's that easy.
