I have this chip I like that is a shade taller than 3.65mm. A stack of 19 is a tiny bit taller than a stack of 20 mint paulsons.

They don’t make this chip anymore and I’m looking to combine what I have with some other chip. probably another plastic or potentially a ceramic.

I've noticed a lot of mint Christy & Jones THCs are taller than Paulson THCs. I'm not sure by the discrepancy you're talking about, but significant enough to not be able to fit into a Paulson rack.

TRK solids have this issue

Not the best angle but you can see that the red chips are a tad shorter than the blue chips if you look closely
