Here’s my latest mock up for the planned Emerald City semi custom Paulson 43mm relabel set. Thanks to @Toby for the design work.

I chose a $5000 denom (US$166) for the big chip on the primary set to get more of those beautiful pink chips on the table...

Chips are ready... the last step is to choose between full inlay replacement vs sticker-over. I may do inlay replacements on AS chips since those chips are easier to get, and sticker over’s on the SB chips.

Having a set of mixed inlay replacement and label overs would be super tilting. Don't do it.

Label overs I reckon.

If it were mixed, I’d do it by the set. Top set (pun intended) all label overs while bottom set all inlay replacements...

Another vote for inlay replacement (with textured laminate).

Do you think given that this set is using pretty modern chips, and that the design is kind of a fantasy-like “Emerald City” - that smooth is a better choice over textured?

When I think of textured I think of older, legacy casinos with nice histories, etc.

I had the same thoughts in my mind for my set. I was thinking smooth just like the BTP, AS, SB, and ES chips are. Textured to me is what you see on leaded shaped inlay casino chips.

Wow! So I see that you are a madman. But kudos to you, that will truly be an epic set!

Perhaps if you want more pinks to play, think about 50, 100, 500, 2500? Then get a plaque stack or other large chip for a 10k.
