Here's an interesting lot that just doesn't seem good enough to flip. You may disagree. Concerned that the tables appear to have been outside. Seller claims 30-40 in good condition... interesting lot none the less.

Exactly... My calculation assumed 20 reasonably good that only needed 3 hrs of cleanup each... Trailer and storage unit expenses... Put a price point of $250 each for a $50 per hour rate... Not quite a slam dunk.
