Chip Rack Manufacturer (1 Viewer)

From my own experience the racks sold by Dennis at Key West are the best fit for CPCs, they are a bit loose on Paulsons though. There's no dimensions stamped in the plastic, just a Made In China mark.

Update....

The racks finally arrived from Spinetti's and it looks like we have a match.

Original box from Casino Discount Supplies on the left, new box from Spinetti's on the right. Exact same part number sticker.

For all of us that used to get the racks from CDS, these are the exact same racks, from the same manufacturer. I even checked and there is no problem with the last chip in the barrel seating flush same as with my original racks. The price per rack for an order of (20) worked out to about $4.50 per rack which is a bit high with Spinetti's shipping. Cost per rack could come down with a larger order.

If only some of us were travelling to Spinetti's in a few weeks and could avoid shipping charges...

Looks like I'll need to get an order placed.

In the meantime, can you confirm if a Paulson/BCC chip will rest in the bottom of all five barrels?

Yep, the $3.65 unit price with in store pickup would be a much better deal. ;)
True but one other thing to figure into the calculus - if you buy in person they have to charge you sales tax which pushes it up to $3.95 per rack according to my receipt from a few months ago. Still cheaper than $4.50 by mail but maybe not enough to offset the cost of a second suitcase to fly home with

I just called Avalon Gaming and left a message. Those guys are only 40 minutes up the road in Berthoud. I wonder if I should go knock on their door...

"LET ME IN.... WHERE U KEEP TEH RACKS???????"

Did you have any luck with Avalon? I'mean starting to think they don't have the right stock

Googling @TheBigTater's reference number, this site pops up:
http://www.cdpincusa.com/chipracks/

The site looks like it beamed out of the mid-'90s.

Seems to be hosted on WordPress but it'seems pretty busted. One of the links (a homepage one) looks to the old casino discount products domain.

I will try looking up the domain registrar for cdpincusa.com to see if it's legit/has a contact number

Casino Discount Products Inc

Anyone local, know if they're still operating?

Just curious, but what is the advantage of these over, say, Chipco racks from Palm Gaming? Chipcos are $3/per shipped.

Definitely not still there as I work for the company that is currently there. They have not been there since at least 2009 when my company moved in, maybe longer.

I'm not sure what the deal is with the partially formed website on WordPress.

I'm leaning towards Spinettis and paying the $100 on shipping. Hmm maybe I should check the £/$ exchange rate first

Yeah I found that site during my hunt. Looked like an older abandoned site as none of the links go anywhere.

In my search after the original Casino Discount Supplies site shut down circa 2014, I emailed the owner a couple of times. They were a family owned business for over 20 years located in Arizona. They were getting out of and have since closed down their casino supply business. I believe they opened a small casino/party style business later.

Not looking real promising for our English friends at the moment. On the other hand we might be able to get back to London for cheaper than ever...
